Cotton Patch Cafe

Cotton Patch is the best comfort food cafe. Menu has a good variety of entrees to choose from and also includes a gluten free menu. I was with a large group. I ordered the salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, and skinny steamed veggies. It was scrumptious. The server was friendly and very efficient. My friends and I enjoyed the entire experience.

Had a fantastic experience in here with my kid. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just good. Prices are reasonable.

Never had a bad experience here. We only go every month or two since dining out with our young children is not as pleasant. I have ordered the sirloin steak a few times and was surprised at how good it was, and so reasonably priced. The tortilla soup is also very good. My parents live in Ohio and we’ve taken them to Cotton Patch for the full Texan comfort food experience.

I got the veggie plate. The food was good. I learned that they put butter on their steamed veggies. I am trying to go dairy free. They told me to next time order the skinny steamed veggies with no butter. The food was good and filled me up. I wish they had a baked sweet potato on the menu.

I went in on Monday and my server was the best one I have ever had! Breanna J had all my drinks filled without asking, brought food out fast and correct and was so outgoing and friendly. I’ll be asking for her every time!

Elizabeth is the best by far she makes the to go orders on time and correct. When she is not there the service is poor as a bunch of people just sit around not willing to help. She is always going above and beyond to help in any way she can, she is a true pleasure to deal with

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! To Go is so fast and easy when she is there. The downside when she isn't there it is super slow not managed the same and your lucky to get your order in a reasonable time frame. I plan my take out around her schedule she is that awesome. I wish more employees cared the way she did!

Elizabeth is awesome! She always does her best to make sure my ToGo orders are correct and that they come out in a timely manner. She never fails to provide great costumer service!

I had the sweetest and most pristine waitress! LIZ was so kind and fast with everything, with patience for my kids Liz made my night out with them so easy (and fun for them!). She has excellent customer service skills, great timing and an exceptional personality — you wouldn’t want anyone else. we need more Liz’ in the food industry for sure!

favorite restaurant in Waxahachie. Came here this weekend for dinner with my sister and had a great time as usual. We split a country-fried-steak and had a delicious dessert. no complaints. Our waitress was very sweet and fast.

I always order to-go orders && I’m always in and out when Elizabeth is there. My food is always right, and fresh. She is always so friendly and kind the moment I walk in. She deserves a medal 🏅 great job!

We went to the waxahachie location this afternoon. Right off the bat our server came to the table quickly and already had cornbread in the bread basket when usually we have to ask for it. Our drinks were never empty and as our meal did take a while to come out everything was hot and tasted amazing. The service was fast and our server was funny and great with our kids. We will definitely be coming back and asking for kaylie. Keep up the great work cotton patch.
